is there any way to display the teaser image as part of the preview on the News.aspx page rather than when actually viewing the news article? When viewing the news article the user can include a larger image.

Hi,

You can manage to display all of the information from particular document in transformation code, so you can simply display the image in for example repeater web part transformation or in repeater web part selected transformation according your needs.

Not had a chance to look at redoing the transformation as per the other post. If you have one done already it would save me a lot of time.
