Media Libary is hiding elements
Hi,

I created a new media libary and uploaded some videos into the new folder. When I try to select a video (Media libary window opens), but it's hiding all the videos I've uploaded. The videos are showing up for one second and then they disapear.

The footer row of the browser window shows the following:
http://domain_name/CMSFormControls/Selectors/InsertImageOrMedia/Default.aspx?output=url&content=allfiles&web_hide=1"

Why is it hiding the videos?

Any help would be highly apreciated!

Hi Patricia,

it is the standard behavior if the video is too large. It hides the control buttons and preview but the video is still available.

It does not affect the functionality. If you want to see the video you may right-click on the hidden preview and click Play.

Hi Helena, many thanks for your response.

I can't select any hidden preview, because nothing is available...please see screenshot for more detail...the folder "video" contains all the videos, but I can't select one in order to link it to the document.

Hi Patricia,


it seems the stylesheet is not downloaded.

Did you make any custom changes to CMSDesk.css?

Does this problem occur every time?

Did you try to load the dialog once again (wait until the full Dialog page load)?

Did you test it on a different (more powerful) machine?
