I have some pages using a page template, and after setting it up I went into the .aspx file and edited some code to change the css style on one of the properties. Upon clearing the CMS cache, restarting the CMS and viewing in a different browser, the site does not seem to be able to see the change to the file I've made.

Is there anything special I need to do to get the CMS to notice the changes I made to the template file?
