Problem on Licence Key

Hi all,

I tried to ask a new licence key to advance on use of KenticoCMS over the restricted time of 30 days. Then I used the key generated and I did following step:

1) delete old key for "localhost"
2) add the new key generated

Then I tried to get in localhost/KenticoCMS where I developed a small site. I can log in CMS Administrator area but and this is the proble I can log in CMS Desk to modify the work early done.

Then I tried to
3) delete key for '127.0.0.1

but the result was the same.

I received this message:

The page can not be displayed due to license limitations

Requested action was canceled due to nonfulfillment of some license limit. Please check event log to get more details.

I can do to resolve this problem?

Hi Remo,

could you please let me know which key you have generated?

If you generated free license, you probably exceed some free license limitation(s) when working with trial license key so now you are not able to display the site. Could you please check if there are any records related to licensing in 'SiteManager -> Administration -> Event log' section? You should be able to find out which particular limitation you have exceed. Then you could use new trial key to remove the stuff that is not eligible for free version and use the free version then.

Hello.

According to license key you sent us via e-mail, you are using Free edition. So it is like my colleague wrote - you have exceeded limitation of this edition. In your case, according to eveng log details, number of site members. I have answered you also via e-mail, so this post is just for information to another users, with the same problem.
