Here is what is happening

Kentico: Version: 4.0 Build: 4.0.3492
.NET Version: 2.0
We are using the portal engine to build the site.
Browser: Firefox 3.0.12 (The same thing occurs in Safari 3.2.2 and Chrome 2.0.172.37)
Note: Workflow/versioning has not been set up.

Steps taken:
- Login to CMS Desk with administrator login.
- Navigate to a page I want to edit via the content tree. The page has an editable text webpart with the properties configured like this: editable region type: HTML Editor; HTML editor toolbar location: Shared toolbar. All other properties are default values.
- I then try to add/edit content in the editable region.
- Click save button (just under the page tab).
- The FCKEditor disappears from the browser window and the content is not saved.

After I experienced this behavior, I applied Hotfix 4.0.12 to see if that corrected the problem. It did not.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Feedback/guidance/help would be much appreciated.
