Is it possible to change documents types in the content tree?

If not, this would be a nice feature at least for those doc types that could be easily converted, e.g. a folder to a page menu item.

I find myself constantly creating a Folder and filling it up with items, only to realize that I need it needs to be a Page Menu Item, for example.

Moving multiple items would also be another nice feature.
