When upgrading to 4.0 from 3.1a the auto import of webparts shows an error in the Event Log. When trying to import the package manually, I recieve an error. Below are the two errors that are shown in the Event Log. This is the second upgrade I have the same issue with.

Also, when clciking on "Export event details" in the pop-up box of the event log, nothings happens. I had to type in the individual url for the event log error.
