UPGRADE to 4.1.1 problem - semi-urgent
I successfully upgraded all of the files and the build for the dev environment of the website. I then took the live database and put it into the same environment and did the scripts. Now is this due to permissions? Did the database lose it's parent or something int he mix here? I did actually see this error before but I did "something" and it was fixed. But I have no clue what I did to fix it.

I got the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application.
