Okay, I attempted everything you mentioned in the links below.

1. setup virtual drive
2. I've given the drive read and write privileges
3. I've saved and posted all virtual objects to disk.
4. I even followed the instructions to eliminate the issue with Microsoft web services ext.

I found other specific documentation about installing on Godaddy, but that did not help me either. I've contact Godaddy with my error.

In the meantime, do you have anything else I could attempt.
