Hello.

Installer package is always the same. The only difference is on used license key edition, which determines what features you can use (http://www.kentico.com/cms-asp-net-features/Feature-Matrix.aspx). If you do not want to use some particular modules, you can delete them in Site Manager -> Development -> Modules, and also their files in your project folder.
