You can use our standard export/import functionality as it is described in our Developer´s guide (http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/index.html), chapter Managing sites and design -> Export and import.
If you want to do it automatically, you will need to write scheduler task and appropriate logic. But we are going to release special web part (module) for this purpose. It should be available during a short time.
