Files mentioned in KenticoCMS_CommunitySiteGuide.pdf missing.

I am working my way through the KenticoCMS_CommunitySiteGuide.pdf and the instructions at 3.2.2 mention a download zip file that contains files that are needed to do the tutorial. The link from the PDF is:

http://www.kentico.com/Downloads/CommunityGuide/CommunitySiteGuide_files.zip

This is a broken link and a search for the zip file failed. This shakes my faith that a necessary file like this is missing. Kentico?

Where is this file needed to follow the tutorial?
