Broken Master images in CMSDesk and frontend after deployment
After deploying Kentico ( 4.1 free version) with a single site to an ISP, the master page images are broken on the frontend for both the header and footer sections. see www.yamalaparktc.org.au.

Using the CMSDesk, the same images are also "broken" in the preview area although they are displayed when the "edit" function is clicked to resize or rotate the image.

If a new image is uploaded using the Attachments > New File option, the image is uploaded but comes up broken in the preview area and frontend.

Images that have been inserted into website pages have not been affected.

The site is running in medium trust and the VirtualPathProvider is not running.

Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

RE:Broken Master images in CMSDesk and frontend after deployment
Just a note that the initial deployment was performed with a straight FTP of the files to the ISP. Something must have gone wrong in the transfer.

After doing a Kentico Export from the development machine and Import at the ISP, the problem was resolved.

Hi,

Since your ISP is using medium trust, have you configured Kentico to run on medium trust environment? It seems that you hadn't saved the virtual objects to disk. You can find out more in this help manual.
