Installing Kentico CMS on GoDaddy server

Hello All,

I have purchased Kentico CMS software for three of my clients and it works great. Decided to use free version for myself until I can purchase, but having problems intalling on GoDaddy servers. I receive the following message:

[Error loading the layout 'lt']
The file '/CMSTemplateLayouts/cms/toplogoandmenu.ascx' does not exist.

Looked through forum and saw some with similar problem. I made sure all files and folders under the subdirectory have read and write capability.

Someone said that you need Full Trust instead of Medium Trust. Not sure if that will solve the problem but will try.

Please help. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Nevermind :-)

I got it to work. If you're having problems, read this - http://devnet.kentico.com/Knowledge-Base/Installation/Installation-on-GoDaddy-hosting.aspx

Basically, I had to go to the Admin screen in the Kentico CMS, click on the Deployment tab, then click Save all virtual objects to disk.

That deployed the website and now I'm in business.

I am getting the same error, and I am not using GoDaddy (but SeekDotNet). Guys, you really need to reign these things in. I've seen a Kentico installation run for months on end without a problem and then one day you go to load a site and everything's gone South real fast -- with no changes.

I have tried all of the suggestions above and nothing fixes it...

Please help ...
