I copied a client site to our local server to setup a development environment. I copied all folders and files and the database. I updated the connection string, license and domain. I am able to get into site manager and CMS desk. I can browse to the homepage outside of CMS desk but all other pages give me a HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found error both inside and outside of CMS desk. Even the home page gives me a HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found error inside CMS desk.
