Adding KB articles from Kentico 4.1 into MS CRM
We use Kentico 4.1 to create Knowledge base articles for our customers. We are implementing MS Dynamics CRM 4 and would like to use our existing Kentico KB articles within CRM. Is this possible and if so how?

Hello,

Regrettably there is currently no CRM connection from Kentico. However you can get teh data from the Kentico database programmatically with the API and import it or you could dynamically generate a webservice which would return the knowledgebase articles you need. In your CRM you would have just to display the information from the webservice.
