RE:the sources
If I were you I would look at the term "kentico". Then I would reach the homepage - to no surprise its kentico.com:) Clicking on "Download" will do the trick

But complete source codes are available for $$$, term open source doesn't mean FREE open source but you can buy it.

RE:the sources
Your instructions are really funny, but your ideas about what Open Source means are simply hilarious, please read this: http://www.opensource.org/docs/osd
And, for the Kentico staff, stop publishing your product as Open Source when it's not.

RE:the sources
Hi,

Could you please tell us how did you found Kentico CMS as open source? Moreover, on our web site is not mentioned that our product is "open source". If you have found something like this on our web, please let us know.

Thank you.

RE:the sources
Hi Juraj,
Its not on your site but I guess you are the one who's paying the bill for google ads:)
see http://www.23hq.com/hartvig/photo/4060884 or use google to find out.

But to address "open source" term - its not trademark or whatever so anyone can use it like a term "forum". You may say this is not true forum because in true forum I can vote if the answer was helpfull or not. Since some company claimed the term "forum" must have such a feature. So I can freely start calling my dog "open source" because its not the same like a "dog" - dog is always is dog...

However it does not meet the open source definition made by Open Source Initiative - thats true.

RE:the sources
Hi,

Thank you for that, I will pass it to our PR - it is very strange and I know what "open source" means. It must be a mistake somewhere.

Regarding the forum - the origin of the word is "open public space" - there is no mention about voting. I can recall that very old Internet forums did not hat this also. This feature is additional and because it was added by someone later, it does not mean that this is the criterion for forums.
Anyway, this feature is already planned for the forum module.

RE:the sources
The forum was just an example:) but hey, good to hear I miss that feature anyway...

"Because OSI does not have a registered trademark for the term "open source", its legal ability to prevent such usage of the term is limited, but Tiemann advocates using public opinion from OSI, customers, and community members to pressure such organizations to change their license or to use a different term."

From wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_source_software#Open_source_vs._source-available

I know wiki doesn't equal to truth but this is good explanation, looking forward to your PR response
