Uploaded all files to ftp - created db successfully and installed everything successfully
i got a website running and everything however , when i log to the website - i get the following ;(

[Error loading the layout 'Layout']
The file '/CMSTemplateLayouts/cms/toplogoandmenu.ascx' does not exist.

i tried deploying virtual files to "hd" - however looks like i dont have permissions.

any ideas?
