Error loading the layout
I cannot see the website in the browser for both CMSDesk and live versions, instead receive this message:
[Error loading the layout 'Layout']
The file '/CMSTemplateLayouts/cms/toplogoandmenu.ascx' does not exist.

How can I resolve this?

Seems to work fine in my local version.

I also notice that attempts to edit the Page LAyouts from the "Development" area within the CMSDesk produces this error:

The VirtualPathProvider is not running, you cannot edit the layouts. The system is using the physical layout files from folder ~/CMSLayouts.

It seems that on the server is used Medium trust environment. Could you please try to follow the description about how to configure Kentico CMS on Medium trust?
