The file '/CMSTemplateLayouts/cms/toplogoandmenu.ascx' does not exist
I'm working on my first site. Uploaded to live server, walked through the setup, can login to the admin, but am getting the following error when I try to edit any page:


[Error loading the layout 'Layout']
The file '/CMSTemplateLayouts/cms/toplogoandmenu.ascx' does not exist.
