Hello.

If the issue is related to some previous version (4.0 or 4.1), I would recommend you to apply the latest hotfix for given version, so you can be sure it is not (a known) bug within your version. You can download proper hotfix from http://devnet.kentico.com/Bugtracker/Hotfixes.aspx

Anyway – is this issue related to some default web site template (like Corporate site for example), or your own web site? Are you using some custom CSS or any JavaScript on given page? If using a JavaScript code, could you please disable it for a moment and see, whether it helps?

If hotfix will not help and issue persists even when no JavaScript is used on given page, can you send us a mail to support@kentico.com in order to further investigation? Thank you.

Hello,

As Zbysek said: "AddThis button is a 3rd party component so we aren't responsible for their code but you can use as a workaround cmslistmenu which doesn't use any javascript code."
