Hi

how can the site admin send internal message to all the members via CMSDESK?

in CMSDESK >> MyDesk >> My Messages - I see I can send messages to members but how do I select everyone on the site easily, with out having to add recipients one at a time?

Hi,

Currently (including 5.5 R2 version) it's not possible to add multiple recipients using single action, nor a users group (role).
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
As a workaround, you could use Mass email feature in Administration / Users / Mass email, where you can select Roles as recipients. This feature sends ordinary emails, not messages via the Messaging module.

In upcoming version 6.0 it will be possible to add Role as recipient in MyDesk / My messages / New message...
