Unable to Sync
Hi,

I am unable to sync the CSS style sheet from the "Testing" server to "Live" site. It was never a problem all these days.

Here is the error:

Synchronization client error: Exception occured: Failed parsing the policy document.

Failed parsing the policy document: at microsoft.web.services3.Design.Policies.ReadXml(XmlReader reader)
at Microdoft.Web.Services3.Configuration.PolicyConfiguration.GetPolicies()
at Microdoft.Web.Services3.Design.Policies.get_Default()
at Microdoft.Web.Services3.WebServicesClientProtocal.SetPolicy(String policyName)
at CMS.Staging.Syncclient.get_Service()
at CMS.Staging.SyncClient.RunTask (TaskInfo taskObj)

Please let me know as how to proceeed. Thanks.

Hello.

I have not met this kind of error yet and I was not able to reproduce it on my machine. Is it possible for you to grant us with access to your CMS, so we can try to reproduce this issue and investigate it deeply? Thank you.

Hello,

This is a general .NET error ad not Kentico specific. Could you please try to apply the solutions suggested in the following link? Could you please especially make sure the file "wse3policy.config" is available?
