in this case you should set higher value for Maximum nesting level.

Our menu webparts are using our controls, so you can find appropriate control which is used for your menu in our webparts documentation(webpart documentation) and then appropriate control in our controls documentation(for example CMS list menu control) where is desctiption of CSS class you can use for styling menus.
