Example of connecting DataList to customtable.SampleTable?
Could someone please talk me through how to set up a DataList (?) or some page that would let me view/insert/delete items in the customtable.SampleTable?

The KenticoCMS_Tutorial.pdf connects a Document type (p 112) to a Datalist (p 119)... that's the closest example I could find.
