Member	Andrew - 3/27/2009 1:47:31 PM Media library web part not showing up I'm trying to build a media library by following the directions in the developer's guide vs 4.0. I'm at the point where i need to add the Media Library web part to my template, but there is no such web part in the list. I see it in explorer under \CMSWebParts\MediaLibrary. How do i make it accessible in CMS Desk?

Hi,

Could you please provide us with more details:
- Are you using portal engine or ASPX templates?
- Could you please check if the web part is present in Site Manager -> Development -> Web parts -> Media library?
- What were the changes before? Have you upgraded your CMS from 3.1a version?

Hi,
were there any problems during the upgrade? It seems the new web parts were not imported correctly.

One option is to re-register them in site manager as it is described here - http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/developing_web_parts.htm (from step 10).
Or second option is to import the web parts again into the CMS. I will send you an e-mail in few minutes with attached export package.
