Hello.

This depends on particular document type. E.g. for CMS.File document type, it is filled by "~/CMSDesk/Content/NewFile.aspx", since there is some additional functionality, for example for upload some file as its attachment, etc. By default, the "CMSDesk/Content/edit.aspx" value is used (but is not visible in this field).
