I do not want people to modify the page template.Because sometimes a lot of individuals use the same.If one changed one will affect the other people.

Hi,

For this purpose there is „Clone as ad-hoc template“ Kentico CMS feature that will create new ad-hoc template from your current template and you can edit it without modifying the existing pages based on the original template:
