Hello.

Could you please describe in more details, how would you like to use that powerpoint file on your page? Do you want e.g. to run it as presentation? If so, you can e.g. convert it into flash and then display it on the page using Flash web part. Or you can save it as HTML (in MS Powerpoint) and put this HTML code directly into page, or use iframe tag for it.
