Document Attachments
Hi,

I am trying to create a list of documents uploaded in a folder in the site using the DocumentAttachments webpart but the documents do not show up on the page. I used the document types to CMS.File, path as the folder path under which the documents are uploaded. Attachment group has no value as its popup box's OK button is always disabled. I am using v4.1.

However, I could use the documents uploaded in the media library to show up using the MediaGalleryFileList and MediaFileDatasource.

As there are more attributes int the documents uploaded under the site, I want to use that. Where am I going wrong here? Is this a bug?

Appreciate any help.

Thanks,
AP

RE:Document Attachments
Some improvement but still need some help.

I could add attachments on the page level in the properties tab and they show up fine using the DocumentAttachment webpart.

The question still remain as to how to show documents from a folder within a page?

Thanks,
AP

RE:Document Attachments
Hi,

I’m not quite sure if I understand you correctly, but if you want to display documents from certain area (from your content tree), you can simply use repeater web part and configure this web part according your needs. You need to set up path to documents, transformation and document types which should be listed in your repeater web part.

Best Regards,
Miroslav Remias.
