Disappearing form?
Several times now the bizform module has completely disappeared from our page. We haven't edited the page or even made changes to the site. Has anyone else had this problem before? This is a serious issue and I can't seem to figure out why it's happening. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello.

I have never encountered this issue before. Is it related to some particular browser? Do you have some log in Event log when a bizform disappear? Does it help if you restart application in "Site Manager -> Administration -> System?" Does a bizform disappear on page load, or after submit? What version do you use? Thank you.
