Hidden expired documents
Hi,

I would like to hide the expired document by setting where condition.

for example,
I have add some conditions into "Where" field in the repeater :

(documentpublishto > {%currentdatetime%})

However,it is failed.

Please advices if we can auto - hide the expired document by system.

RE:Hidden expired documents
Hi,

Expired documents should be hidden automatically. Could you please let me know what version of Kentico CMS you use? Could you please also check if the date and time on your SQL server is correct?

Best Regards,

RE:Hidden expired documents
Hi Gary,
the only thing you need is running and properly configured scheduler. Then you can use publish from and publish to properties of your document and document will be published and archived automatically. You must have in section CMS Site Manager -> Administration -> Scheduled tasks, then you should select Your specific site there and there should be task called Content publishing, which is running without errors.
On the following screen is detailed image with settings of mentioned scheduled task.

RE:Hidden expired documents
Attempting to add this where query in actually caused errors for me (v5.5):

(documentpublishto > {%currentdatetime%})

However what worked for me was:

published = 1

RE:Hidden expired documents
Hi,

I think you are just missing single apostrophes. Example:

Where condition: documentpublishto > '{%currentdatetime%}'
