The .NET User Group template is currently available only with version 3.1/3.1a. We will update it later next year, probably in the first quarter. However, you will be able to upgrade your site to version 4.0 as soon as we release version 4.0 at the end of this year.

You can preview the new features of the administration interface if you install 4.0 BETA with Community Starter Site or any other starter site that is included in the standard installation.
