Freelance Kentico developers South West based
Following changes to our development team, we are currently exploring options for developing an exciting new product based on and existing Kentico-driven product, 360 degree safe (www.360safe.org.uk).

360 degree safe is a self assessment tool, designed to allow schools to assess their online safety provisions, and provide feedback and recommendations based on the results of the assessment.

Our new product builds on this concept, but is aimed at any non-school setting which works with children and young adults (e.g. youth clubs, scout groups, nurseries etc.).

We’re also introducing a completely new, jQuery driven user interface, a jQTouch driven mobile interface, and new functionality such as interactive reporting.

The product will be built upon Kentico 5.5R2, and in the same way as 360 degree safe, will use the authentication, membership and content management features of Kentico, as well as developing upon its core APIs.

We’re now seeking expressions of interest for a freelancer who might be interested in working with our in-house interface designer to either:

• Develop the Kentico-driven aspects of the product (data structure, custom web parts, custom modules, scheduled tasks and further develop the ‘360 degree safe engine’;

Or

• To work alongside and support the induction of a new in-house developer, who may be inexperienced in developing with Kentico.

The freelancer will ideally be located in the South West of England, as regular visits to our Exeter office will be required.

If you’re interested in getting involved, we’d encourage you to explore 360 degree safe further (contact us to request a test account).
