I'm looking for someone who can write me 2 scheduled tasks for a website which handles memberships.

I have it all set so people can go to this website and sign up and pay their membership dues. What i need are two different scheduled tasks...

The first to go through the table of CMS_Users and see if their expirationdate has passed. If it has, then change their RoleID from "paid member" to nothing so they can not log in.

the 2nd task is needed to email out reminders of people's dues. If a members expiration date is coming up within 2 or 3 weeks, email out a reminder that their dues need to be paid and supply a link to pay them online.

Now the kicker. We are still rocking Kentico 4.0 due to the fact that we have not updated our SQLServer.
