This position is ideal for a junior/middleweight developer with some commercial experience, looking to establish themselves at a successful company, where they can develop their skills and grow within the team.

Essential skills
Highly proficient in coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and application of web design and development ‘good practice’ standards such as:- accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, screen resolution, etc.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop - taking layered designs and turning them into fully functional, pixel-perfect sites & web applications.
An understanding of, or ability to, interface with server-side scripting such as ASP and ASP.Net
Excellent organisational, communication and planning skills – ability to manage own work schedule and ensure that deadlines are met.

Additional skills that will set you apart:
Have commercial ASP.Net development experience using C#, with experience of the Visual Studio environment
Demonstrate experience in web application development using SQL Server 2005/2008
Familiarity with the Kentico CMS platform
A working understanding of Windows Server and IIS configuration
Ability to create mobile optimised versions of a website
Experience of email marketing best practices and compliance issues
Experience of using version control systems e.g. Subversion
