We're MBA graduates from top management schools in Europe. As part of our master thesis, we came up with a possible game-changer niche social network that might have accelerated growth on the next few years. A case study about a local competitor revealed a 10+ million dollars investment after 4 years, when it reached more than 10 million monthly accesses. The website will be launched globally, hence having the possibility of even further growth.

We're looking for experienced developers to partner with us on this initiative. The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

- Experienced web developer with an existing portfolio of successful projects. We give preference to the Microsoft Stack (ASP.NET, SQL, C#) but we are willing to accept LAMP (PHP/MySQL) candidates as well;
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French or Russian might be accepted - as the other partners speak these languages - as long as the candidate has a high level of read/written English;
- Entrepreneurial initiative, and delayed gratification spirit. Although there are monetization mechanisms in place, this project is focused on acquiring volume of accesses, not immediate return;
- Soft skills, like maturity, cordiality, and communication are key. The candidate will be considered a partner, and will be heard, entitled to vote and help shape the project. However, he needs to be willing to work on ideas built in consensus, even if it's against his personal opinion;
