A unique role has become available for an ASP.NET Web Developer within a highly successful, international distributor of technical industrial products serving key industrial markets in more than 130 countries worldwide.

With an annual turnover approaching £60m, growing demand and expansion has prompted significant investment in our Marketing resources. We are looking for a hardworking, professional and result-driven candidate, capable of working well under pressure and of making a meaningful contribution to the company.

You need to be an experienced website developer working with .NET Framework 3 and above, C#, SQL Server 2005 and above, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/JQuery.

As a .NET web developer you will play an integral role in the delivery of all the technical projects and campaigns on a national and international level.

The ideal candidate will have

- At least 2 years commercial website development experience (front and back end development)

- Extensive ASP.NET knowledge, ideally with C# and Visual Studio

- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and above

- JavaScript/JQuery experience

- HTML and CSS experience, ideally HTML5 and CSS3

- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organisational skills

Experience of CMS platforms, particularly Kentico would be advantageous, as well as working with API’s and mobile application development but not essential.
