Hi Jeremy,
At the moment, there isn't a list of Certified Developers available online. Till the end of 2010, the number of certified developers will be displayed in profiles of Kentico Solution Partners:
http://www.kentico.com/Partners/Solution-Partners.aspx
(you will be able to see whether a specific partner has a certified developer (and how many).
