Integration with external site

Can we do a transaction in the same domain, but with in some files not built in Kentico (ex: 3rd party Template) and integrate the transaction with the Kentico shopping cart?

Ex: We develop an e commerce site for a Furniture Company in Kentico with a shopping cart.

We have also developed a tool (web based) for a potential customer to develop his/her own chair by selecting from a range of Designs + Materials. This (the chair) is totally custom built and the final product depends on the Design and the Materials selected.

Once the customer is done with the chair, he/she will be prompted to add it to the Cart. How can we add these details (Price, Quantity, etc.) to the Kentico shopping cart?

Hi,

As it is written above:
"Although we monitor them time to time, we cannot guarantee a timely response."

Moreover, you have run out of the free support during the trial period. To get technical support you need to buy a license or, use free edition - the support of free edition is again only through forums and we do not guarantee a timely response.

Hi,

You can use for example web services or standard .Net programming to integrate your application with Kentico. Your description is very general. Also, your need is very specific and you will need to develop it.

Regarding the chair building - you can use e.g. product options for this (http://www.kentico.com/docs/ecommerceguide/adding_product_option.htm).
