I want to use the datetime picker to set publish to / from dates within my own custom modules.

I need the date to appear in the format dd/MM/yyyy and not MM/dd/yyyy.

I have set the page culture to en-NZ and the CultureCode on the control to en-NZ but it hasn't made any difference.

I also want every page to display the publication dates in dd/MM/yyyy format. The site default culture is set to English - New Zealand.
