Failed to delete the document: Access to the path
So, I opted for the hosted Kentico installation through Applied Innovations. I'm trying to delete the sample documents as well as upload new logos and I receive error messages like this:

Failed to delete the document: Access to the path 'D:\Domains\<mysite>.com\wwwroot\dotnetgroup\files\3b\3bce3aad-5e76-4f73-a034-c7717cd5dfe7.pdf' is denied.

or

Access to path ... is denied

I noticed a post discussing modifying the NTFS permissions which pointed to the link below, however sense this is a shared hosted site I'm unable to do so.

Hello,

Wouldn't it be possible to ask your hosting provider to set the permissions?

Best regards,

RE:Failed to delete the document: Access to the path
This article Kentico article describes using IIS remotely, perhaps I can change the permissions there. The instructions are for IIS 7. I have IIS 7.5/Windows 7 and don't see "connect to a site" option from the file menu:

http://support.appliedi.net/knowledgebase/Shared+Hosting/IIS7/Remote+Administration/IIS7+Management+Console%3A+Install+%26+Configure.html

Any idea where this option exists in IIS Manager 7.5?

RE:Failed to delete the document: Access to the path
Hello,

if you pay for the hosting server which is not yours I think it will allow you to change their IIS settings with no tool.

If you have access via FTP you could try to change the permissions via FTP.

Or you could contact their support to help you to change the permissions as Pavel said.
