Multiple Choice Freeform field in bizforms
Is there any way to create an "other" field in the multiple choice field type in a bizform? A field which would say something like "other: " and have a leading textbox that someone could add their own choice?

Unfortunately there is no pre-defined form control for this. But you can develop it very easy with functionality you need by following this article - Developing form controls.
