Hi, Thank you for your suggestion. The ticket system or customer support system is more related to CRM than to CMS system. Maybe you can try to use some custom BizForms for this. A customer will fill up the form with the problem or case and submit the form. In CMS desk could be the data reviewed and problem could be solved. It is a very simple example.
