Hi,
at the moment I am implementing a "Customer-Area" inside our own Webpage. And it would be nice if it would possible to create a "call it" Customer-Ticket-System where customers can open new Support-Cases for example.

Or maybe you can explain how to realize this inside Kentico-CMS?

Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion. The ticket system or customer support system is more related to CRM than to CMS system.
Maybe you can try to use some custom BizForms for this. A customer will fill up the form with the problem or case and submit the form. In CMS desk could be the data reviewed and problem could be solved. It is a very simple example.
