Hi,

You can upload the flash file to the CMS e.g. as a new CMS.File - just like creating new document. Then you can use in the flash web part in the "Flash URL" value in this format: ~/path/flash_file.aspx

If you do not want to place the file to the CMS, you need to enter the absolute path, e.g. http://www.doman.com/flash.swf


Moreover, you can place the flash file inside the editable text web part.
