Newsletter Issue - Unsubscribe
Hello,

I have a problem with the unsubcribe link sent out in the newsletter message. It does not link to the unsubcribe page, it just links to the word "unsubcribe". The link in the message is generated with {%UnsubscribeLink%}.

The setting for the newsletter are :

Sender e-mail: newsletter @***.ro
Base URL: http: //***.ro
Unsubscription page URL: ~/newsletter/unsubscribe.aspx

Does anybody have any ideea about the problem ?

Hello,

the unsubscribe link does not work if you are sending test newsletters with the option: Send the newsletter to specified e-mail addresses (separate them with ;)

If you send the newsletter issue to subscribers the unsubscribe link is valuated correctly.

This is because the testing e-mails are not sent to real subscribers and the system does not know who it should unsubscribe. That is why the href of link is blank.

Is not this your problem?
