Cloning Web Parts
When I clone a web part in portal engine, so I can make some custom changes without effecting the original, the cloned web part doesn't appear in solution explorer in VS2005. Is this normal behaviour? I will need to use this to get into the code behind file.

In the past I have just copied and pasted in VS and then registered the new web part in Kentico. Will I still have to do this if I need to change the code behind?

Unfortunately, this seems to be a bug in the current version. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience. We will try to fix it in the nearest version.
Now, you can use the cloning to clone the properties and then in VS you need to create appropriate files and copy the code from original files.
