I am trying to setup the permission for a role. I would like the role to be able to add new products to the product list which is working fine, but when accessing the product tab to make it a product with the add to basket functionality, my department list is empty and I am not able to add the product without the department.

What kind of permission is needed to get access to the department list under the product tab?
