Using the Personal Site Theme and looking for an add-in
I started using the Personal Site Theme built into the CMS and I was wondering how I would go about adding a Contact Us page to it. I saw it in one of the other Site Themes but don't remember where or how I got it.

Hi,

You could create your own page and add a BizForm. Please see here: http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/bizform_module_overview.htm for more information.

The Contact Us page contains only this BizForm and Header “Contact Us” (an Editable text web part).
