Adding xml:lang="fr" lang="fr" to the <html xmlns= of everypage.
I'm using licenced version of Kentico (2.3a) and I'd like to know how you can specify <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="fr" lang="fr"> on every page of our *.fr domain?

I presume you use Portal Engine approach. In this case you can modify it here: ~\CMSPages\PortalTemplate.aspx
